Being Energised with Studio Classes

Angie delivers a unique blend of yoga, based on the Hatha Vinyasa style from a private, calming studio at Dovenby, nestled in the beautiful New Forest. Classes will both motivate and challenge you, physically and mentally, with options throughout the sequences to suit all levels. Angie’s yoga is centred around understanding the ALIGNMENT of the pose, ADAPTING by using the AWARENESS you have of your own body and then making the pose as ACTIVE as you desire. Yoga is a union of body and mind, and the asanas (poses), the physical practice are only one part of yoga. When working with your body, it is key to understand your own capabilities and limitations - ultimately you want to leave a class with a feeling of invigoration in relaxation.

We occasionally mix it up and offer different styles of yoga, workshops and talks, all of which will inspire, relax, or inform you, expanding your experience and knowledge of yoga and how it can benefit your health and wellbeing.

Offering classes in blocks, we promise you will feel the benefits. Each practice provides strength, stability and stretching and all with a sense of purpose, giving you yoga for optimal movement.

Your class pass also gives access to a variety of classes which you can enjoy any time to suit you, these are accessed by password in the recordings page.
