Leave your day behind and allow your mind and body to be aligned and balanced. The calming studio, nestled in the forest will be warm, the lights dim and the room scented. Leave your bags, shoes, jackets and most importantly your worries at the door.

The evening starts with Angie guiding you through a gentle restorative yoga class, supported by props with all movement based lying or sitting on the mat, this will help you unwind and relax into your body. Once you have awoken from your relaxing Svasana the evening will flow seamlessly into either the Reiki infused Crystal Sound Bath OR you can enjoy a deeply warming and relaxing sauna. The choice is yours.

A) The Sound Bath - Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative experience that blends the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls with the powerful yet gentle balancing energy of Reiki. This unique sound bath is designed to release energy that no longer serves you, realign your chakras and bring your mind, body and spirit into a state of flow and harmony. Lie back, breathe and allow the healing frequencies guide you to balance and alignment ✨

B) The Sauna - widely used in wellness and rehabilitation, renowned for its physiological and psychological benefits. Improving health, mental wellbeing, reducing stress and leaving you with an overall feeling of relaxation and happiness. Hot and cold therapy adds another dimension to this experience, the (optional) Cold Plunge will energise and add a contrast and is highly recommended! Please see below for more information.

If you have your own yoga mat please bring this with you, (there will be a few spares available), and wear warm comfortable clothing. If you chose the sauna optoin Please bring your swimsuit, towel and warm comfortable clothing to change into after your sauna experience.

Please also make sure you have a drink with you for the end of the evening.

Parking is available on the drive, or on the verge next to the tarmac road, please not on the track outhside the entrance to the property.
