We will explore elements of our practice; breath, depth, balance. Not just balancing on one leg, or on our arms, or closing our eyes but the balance of our breath in a pose, the balance of focusing our mind in a pose whilst exploring the depth of the pose.
We will use props, including walls, blocks, straps, bands and maybe each other 😊 incorporating time for a drinks break and always welcoming questions throughout. This is your opportunity to have some time to play, explore, laugh, fall, get up again.
Most importantly we will have fun, you’ll have time to delve into the poses you enjoy and those that are maybe your nemesis. The workshop will finish with a flow, breath work and Svasana.
